“Horrible communication with company. They never pick up phone when calling them. Moreover, they cancel our first reservation with out any notification while we sat in the hotel lobby for over 30 minutes. We were rebooked and never received a call on my cell phone or text with a time other than 0900 departure. We were in the hotel lobby at 0900 & the transport driver already left . When we made multiple attempts to contact them no one answered the phone & had been on the phone with Viator for 45 minutes trying to contact the company.”

“My husband and I booked this as an excursion 10/20/23. When I received confirmation, we proceeded by taxi to the meeting point that was listed as a google map pin drop. This ended up being the wrong address. We then had to get another taxi to the correct location. When we arrived no one was available for check in. There was workers present at a location next door that informed us “all of these excursions were canceled due to high winds”.
