“Horrible communication with company. They never pick up phone when calling them. Moreover, they cancel our first reservation with out any notification while we sat in the hotel lobby for over 30 minutes. We were rebooked and never received a call on my cell phone or text with a time other than 0900 departure. We were in the hotel lobby at 0900 & the transport driver already left . When we made multiple attempts to contact them no one answered the phone & had been on the phone with Viator for 45 minutes trying to contact the company.”
