I would consider cutting the last stop as it was too short to appreciate the town.”

“We made a reservation at the last minutes, at midnight the day before departure. In spite of this, they can tell us the time and meeting point early in the morning. In additoin, the tour is well organized and punctual. A guide, Audy, is very friendly and he is such a talented person that he can memorize each guest name. We did not swim in the cenote, but it is worth to seein and the heritage is so magnificent.”

The bus was sub par, with a non working toilet ( for solid waste), a severely cracked windshield and non working individual light & air controls. Our guide was more interested in selling than in ensuring that we had an enjoyable transportation experience. We had one family (one person in it the worst) who made the trip miserable for the rest of us on the bus, being loud, obnoxious and talking about inappropriate subjects without ever being addressed by the guide. “This was great excursion! Our tour guide Robert was very knowledgeable. The drinks were passed out to us throughout the entire ride both ways. The only two negative things I have to say is that the drinks could've been passed out more frequently (because I am a drinker) but it's not really a bad thing, no one got drunk, and by the time we got to Chichen Itza (it was our last stop) we had very little time to explore because the park closed. “Guides/operator are dishonest! They claimed the access tax to chichen itza was 34USD and made sure we paid the amount to them in advance because it is actually 26USD!!! They basically take the difference and claim that’s all for the tax!!! In addition to that, they try to sell you products at an inflated price and pretty much force you to get into a souvenir shop at every stop where you’re pressured into buying more overpriced items - I did another tour in Tulum where the same products were sold at half the price!!!”

“Great experience! The bus picked us up at our hotel and from the very beginning the staff was friendly and polite. Eduardo was very knowledgeable throughout the trip , we learned so much from him alone. Roberto was also another tour guide, he was always checking in to make sure we were doing good, overall the trip was well worth every penny. My one only wish was that they could have extended the Cenote part of the trip, an hour there is not enough. We will definitely use this company again for future trips”
