“I would give zero stars if I could. We booked STP Caribe for a transfer from Cancun airport and it was a complete disaster. We waited for over an hour and despite calling three separate times and sending three WhatsApp messages where they assured us the driver was 5 min away each time no one ever showed up. “That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator.
