“We made a reservation at the last minutes, at midnight the day before departure. In spite of this, they can tell us the time and meeting point early in the morning. In additoin, the tour is well organized and punctual. A guide, Audy, is very friendly and he is such a talented person that he can memorize each guest name. We didn't need to sit on the bus while it picked up people from their hotels (we were the last pickup, not sure if thats how it always works out). “We are frequent travelers and have been to Cancun area many times. This time we decided to try this new transportation company and it was a really bad experience. We booked roundtrip ahead of time. At the arrival we had to wait 30 minutes for a car in the heat under the sun. I understand it is a busy time of the year, but 30 minutes with 3 kids and not even an apology or water offered.
