“A small group of 13 people, the guide was very informative about all the ruins and had good time management. It is better to bring enough water, no need to choose the plus option. Have repellent ready all the time in Tulum, Coba and the cenote. The worst thing about this tour is the cenote. The Cenote Nohoch was not well equipped and the hygiene environment of the dining area was bad. All the flies around and we were dining with the flies. They should choose a cenote with better environment and facilities.”

“Seeing the ruins was as expected but the day was very long. Swimming at Cenote is a bit seedy. Need to bring pesos to tip. Using US dollars is much more expensive due to bad exchange rate given.”

“Everything was great. The ride to Tulum was comfortable and our guide, Carlos Moo, was great. Carlos was very knowledgeable about Mayan culture and I felt like I learned a lot. Tulum is worth seeing and the cenotes are amazing. Super refreshing after the sun and heat of Tulum. The buffet was great. It was fun to visit the village and see the culture there. The shopping trip to playa del Carmen was fine - a decent chance to pick up a souvenir if you want.”

“This was an okay trip. The were a few tour guides on board but only one guide spoke any English and he didn't say a work until almost 3 hours into the trip (3 English speaking on board). Tulum was canceled the day before yet we didn't find out until the time we should have arrived there. Spent too much time at shopping opportunities instead of exploring and learning about Coba. No free water given.”

“Horrible experience! No one showed up, the tourist agency did not answer our calls or messages. We had to take taxi services from the hotel to the meet up location which was a waste of money. We waited for one hour and 20 minutes and it was more tourists waiting there for this tour. At this time I’m waiting for a refund since cuatro has to send a request for refund to the tourist agency. Never had such a horrible experience booking before this trip. Do not book this tour!!!”
