“A small group of 13 people, the guide was very informative about all the ruins and had good time management. It is better to bring enough water, no need to choose the plus option. The Cenote Nohoch was not well equipped and the hygiene environment of the dining area was bad. All the flies around and we were dining with the flies. They should choose a cenote with better environment and facilities.”

No guide speaking on the bus and short explaining at Tulum. Two hours at the centre way too long. Full of Bat poop. Used Viator in Costa Rica and had a much better experience. Might be hesitant to use viator again”

My only recommendation on the whole experience would be to try to plan out the resorts other people were staying at closer together. One family was picked up at 7 15 while our pick up time was 9 15. I understand having to fill the bus load. But seemed little too far apart. Other than that the expierence was great and learned alot :)”
