“This place was amazing I'm disabled and found that it was easy to get to the vip section I also enjoyed the kind n courteous service my ticket included food unlimited drinks n most importantly a seat as this place was fast paced dancing and drinking an mu seat was welcomed when I exhausted myself the show was fabulous again Coco Bongo didn't disappoint will definitely recommend it”

“Not organised all over the place, sticky dirty, smelly had to wait around even after skip queue ticket, staff are not professional, started off with checking me in and then LITERALLY danced of with another group inside the club (possibly friends), never been so shocked, literally standing around asking for a ticket, positive note good show, don’t compare to Vegas your not even close. Would not recommend purely because of the service from staff. Tourists should be taken care of, not left twiddling thumbs!!!!!!!”

“Be careful on the gold VIP was seated in a row of six could not move if there’s a fire you were screwed. (Seats 27-32 needed everyone to move to exit) We had to pay extra $200 to get a table.”

“Please do not purchase any of these tours in advance!! It’s not worth the hassle or inconvenience they will attempt to try once you’ve paid. There are plenty of booths set up at your hotel once you arrive this is a waste of money”

“Tickets did not work on door. Company never sent reservation to coco bongo. Had to wait for them to try confirm with vendor for tickets and then pay double of door which then resulted in missing half the show. Not happy!”

“We were disappointed by the lack of communication, having booked this trip a couple of months prior. We did not receive information for a meeting spot or time until late the night before (after a number of messages that were not responded to) and only after we had agreed to spend a further $45 per person on Coco Bongo. When we got to the dock they were not aware of our booking, luckily they sorted it out and we had an enjoyable day. We were not able to do the Coco Bongo trip on the same day as the Catamaran as advertised and when we got to the ticket office…”

“This was the worst it’s a waste of money. We paid $135 each person and when we got there other people had only paid $50 at the door. They claimed that we would have a place to sit. We did not have a place to sit. We’d have to pay an additional amount of money if we wanted a table. So for what they were offering us for the $135 the people are paying $50 at the door. They did eventually seat us upstairs away from everyone where nobody else was Not even Staff. Horrible experience staff did not care.”

“Terrible experience. I went to Coco Bingo and Viator had cancelled my reservation. Then the operator answered the phone, hung up and and never answered another call. Will never use them again.”

“From finding the attraction on Viator to finishing up at 3 a.m. the morning after, the process was seamless and stress free. The agent from Viator answered questions promptly and all documents were sent timely. I greatly recommend not only Coco Bongo but Viator as well”
