I would consider cutting the last stop as it was too short to appreciate the town.”

“We made a reservation at the last minutes, at midnight the day before departure. In spite of this, they can tell us the time and meeting point early in the morning. In additoin, the tour is well organized and punctual. A guide, Audy, is very friendly and he is such a talented person that he can memorize each guest name. We did not swim in the cenote, but it is worth to seein and the heritage is so magnificent.”

We didn't need to sit on the bus while it picked up people from their hotels (we were the last pickup, not sure if thats how it always works out). “Great tour guide Eric, and the tequila history lesson and tasting was fun and interesting! The coffee tequila was a group favorite! You get 30 minutes for each cenote, which felt like a decent amount of time. Lots of fun jumping off all the platforms! They also have a rope under water where you can hold on and chill in the water while you watch everyone else jump off the platforms, great idea instead of treading water. “The day was way too long with hard selling not only at the stops, but on the bus . The bus was sub par, with a non working toilet ( for solid waste), a severely cracked windshield and non working individual light & air controls. Our guide was more interested in selling than in ensuring that we had an enjoyable transportation experience. We had one family (one person in it the worst) who made the trip miserable for the rest of us on the bus, being loud, obnoxious and talking about inappropriate subjects without ever being addressed by the guide.
