“I would give zero stars if I could. We booked STP Caribe for a transfer from Cancun airport and it was a complete disaster. We waited for over an hour and despite calling three separate times and sending three WhatsApp messages where they assured us the driver was 5 min away each time no one ever showed up. They completely ignored us while we were stranded. To make matters worse, they are now refusing to issue a refund for a service they never provided. This isn't just bad service; it’s theft. Save yourself the stress and the money book a taxi or AMStar”

“I had advance reservations but there was about 100 people waiting in line without reservations who were understandably frustrated, and the mob misdirected thier anger to those of us walking in with confirmed bookings. The staff should inform walk-ups that, without a reservation, the chances of getting in are slim and the wait can be long. Better communication upfront would ease tension and improve the experience for everyone.”

If you run out of time for beer and drinks or ice they have it at the marina for purchase! The yacht was in perfect condition with restrooms on board. We anchored at Isla Mujeres and they put the lily pad out for us. I recommend brining a football!”

“Very well organised and attentive crew. Plenty of time to swim and snorkel. Good lunch with a variety of food and drinks flowed well. The long trip to the coral reef is not too far. Drop you off about 50m away and guide you over whilst boat moors about another 100m away in shallow water. Highly recommend.”

“The tour was exceptional! The crew was fun, courteous and helpful. The boat was clean, safe and in great shape. There was plenty of room on the boat, not crowded at all with plenty of drinks and snacks. All the stops were fun and well timed. I took the tour with my spouse and four children (ages 16, 12, 9 & 8) all were able to snorkel and participate in the activities. I highly recommend this tour!”
