“Booking company did not act how I expected. They changed my meeting point and didn’t even give a 24 hour notice. The transportation service was great and so was the guide. In my opinion too much time is spent at Chi Chen Itzá and not enough time at the cenote or Valladolid. The cenote that was advertised was Oxman and we were taken to a completely different one.
