“Trip sucked. Changed our pickup time the night before resulting in our entire group (minus us) missing the bus. Entire tour was in Spanish. If you speak English, don’t waste your time. Also, the guide provided zero historical or factual information about how the sites we visited. I’ve been on multiple tours through Viator, several specifically to Chichen Itza and this was by far the worst tour I’ve ever been on. The cenotes were also NOT the ones listed/advertised in the listing. They also try to pickup and drop off from FAR too many locations in different cities. Excursion took 17 hours and half of it is picking up and…”

“Xplor park is a fantastic day out for young adults and families. It was great value for money, there was so much to do we didn’t get a chance to do it all. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. From booking on this app, to pick up from the hotel to the park. Everything well explained by the guides. The Buffet at the park was more than what I thought it would be. A huge range of options to suit all dietary needs. I would recommend this to everyone and will come back 100%. I will also check out the other parks like Xcaret and so on.”
