Also, the guide provided zero historical or factual information about how the sites we visited. I’ve been on multiple tours through Viator, several specifically to Chichen Itza and this was by far the worst tour I’ve ever been on. The cenotes were also NOT the ones listed/advertised in the listing. They also try to pickup and drop off from FAR too many locations in different cities. “Xplor park is a fantastic day out for young adults and families. It was great value for money, there was so much to do we didn’t get a chance to do it all. Everything ran like a well oiled machine. From booking on this app, to pick up from the hotel to the park. Everything well explained by the guides. The Buffet at the park was more than what I thought it would be. A huge range of options to suit all dietary needs. I would recommend this to everyone and will come back 100%. I will also check out the other parks like Xcaret and so on.”

Recommendation form future visitor - pl do the river float before lunch. In this way you will get to the opposite side of the park where the river ends and they bring your stuff. “Eduardo and Valentine were excellent tour guides, the perfect combination of professional and fun. I really enjoyed learning about the History of Chichen Itza as well as the visit to the Cenote. I would say remember to bring mosquito repellent, and you can miss the buffet option (as it wasn't that great in my opinion)”

“Good trip but company needs to organize better. The whole catamaran trip was good and memorable but this trip is super touristy like herding cattle. You have to have patuents.... the only negative was we got to port and ptl our driver was there to pick us up but 3 ladies booked a longer trip a hour and half longer trip and the driver stayed to pick them up... all the people in the van waiting were hot and angry... we missed our dinner reservations and were changer by are hotel as no-show minor money but holy cow it could have been better organize by the management it wasn't boat…”

Of course everything took more time than on a private tour, but it was so managed, that no time went lost. Sin embargo, SOLO tienen UN punto de encuentro que te hará caminar al sol infernal unos 30 min o coger un taxi a precio de robo por unos 20€…”
