“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

“This company never came to pick us up. I was stuck at the airport at 1am with 3 little kids a teenage and my mother. I had to wait until 5:30am yo be picked up from another company. I sent several WhatsApp messages and the looked at the messages but never responded back. Companies like this shouldn’t be in business.”

“My experience was horrible. There was nothing to drink in the car, which is advertised. I also asked for decor and I had 2 balloons. HORRIBLE! I may have been better just riding the shuttle to my hotel.”

“This service is very unprofessional. They were 30 mins late picking me up from the airport and they were 15 mins late picking me up from the hotel. They did nothing to compensate the lateness from both pick ups. Both times no one from the company reached out and let me know they would be late. However when they texted me to confirm the pick up both times they gave me a 10 min grace period or they would leave me, so what do they offer if they’re late? Not once but TWICE!!”

“The service and support was above and beyond great. They communicated up to and on the day of travel. Carlos and Juan were to make good on the pickup and dropoff. The vehicle was clean and stocked with our drinks and Juan took us to our destination safely. All went very well.”

“You may or may not get transportation and they don’t allow refunds or adjustments of any kind. Make sure you call them instead of waiting for them to contact you. I booked round trip transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. They emailed me a day before the trip first thing in the morning to confirm the time to which I replied 3:30pm. The pickup was smooth, 5 stars. The return back, 0 stars. I never received a confirmation call/email the day before my 8:15am flight so I emailed. I did not receive a reply so I called that afternoon. They said I had booked two identical arrivals…”

Finally they put me in a shuttle that was already there .... I didnt understand that ... and we were off. The driver was very nice and even pointed out different things to us as we rode by them. It was a great introduction to Cancun.”
