“That airport security which is a scam told me he worked fo the airport which he didn't. I didn't have a company name on my ticket so I didn't know and got scammed at the airport. Don't listen to anyone there at Cancun airport. Wait for your driver. I usually book through a different company and will go back to do that. They told me they cancelled my reservation with viator. I was dumb I admit. But it would have helped to have a company name on the ticket. I paid close to 300.00 USD for a taxi. Stay strong as they are very convincing.”

I sent several WhatsApp messages and the looked at the messages but never responded back. Companies like this shouldn’t be in business.”

If you run out of time for beer and drinks or ice they have it at the marina for purchase! The yacht was in perfect condition with restrooms on board. We anchored at Isla Mujeres and they put the lily pad out for us. I recommend brining a football!”

To start with, the boat is just ok. It’s not anything great. There is not much seating other than the net. The seating that is available, is not very comfortable. I would not recommend this for older adults or anyone with any kind of mobility issues. We chose the option to get food included with the tour.
