“Horse riding, the horses were very well trained and behaved perfectly but it should be stated that this is for the very beginner as you only walk out and back for probably less than 1km covered in total. Cenote, arrive change drop in and leave in wet clothing. Spending less than half hr there in total. Was only because one person on tour told guide we were leaving guest behind that lad was not left in locked enclosure. We only had 7 of us on tour so would be quite easy to do head count. “After reading a bunch of the reviews, I came to the realization that some people are just snobs/ Haters. If you read the instructions then you know what to expect. They complain about not having their phones. It’s business they have to make money. You can also have your phone during the cenote. The host were great, while horseback riding one of the cowboys started singing. It actually wasn’t bad. Zipline was fun, ATV was fun. People complain about the atv not being fast, well they are fast but it also depends on who you are behind. If they are cautious then you won’t be able to go fast like…”
