“Décevant le guide n’a fait aucun effort d’écoute et de compréhension vis à vis de nos différents demandes aux cours de la journée. La visite avec les requins baleines s’effectue pas groupe de deux personnes ce qui laisse peu de possibilités de savourer le moment. Le repas servis sur place dans le bateau et totalement irrespectueux vis à vis du prix que nous avons laissé ( servi dans un petit pots avec 3 chips et un véhicule) je déconseille fortement”

“Took a family fishing trip. The sea state was slightly choppy. Roberto and Rafael worked non-stop to get us on fish. Had 5 rigs out constantly. We ended up with several Bonitos and a Mahi mahi. At the end of the day Rafael prepped the fish for us as well. Watching my brother-in-law and nephew catch their first saltwater fish was unforgettable. “Didn't like this excursion. It was my son's birthday. Once arrived, no smile from the guy. We look like a pack of herd for them (money making only). The guy basically EXPECTED us to pay for the locker, etc. They gave us a hard time for our PROMISED water bottle at the end. I had to show them a screenshot of it. The restaurant waiter EXPECTED tip when the service wasn't good. All in all, it was horrible. I had to sit behind the guy on the ATV ride. Of course I didn't buy my picture because he's in it. I bought my husband and son's picture on the ATV.…”

“This tour combined zipline, horseback riding, atv and cenote swim all in 1 day. The guides we super friendly and fun. It was very enjoyable. The only reason it got a 4 star and not a 5 star was because the zipline portion was very beginners level. You get to walk across 2 short bridges and zip thru 3 or 4 short lines and it wasn't high at all. No excitement or adrenaline rush there. Overall experience was fun for the family. Definitely recommend if you done any of the activities mentioned.”
